Radiology Film Pick-Up Instructions
Your physician may instruct you to take your radiology films with you for a follow up appointment. The procedure to obtain these films is as follows:
- 24 to 48 hours before you need to pick them up, please call Boundary Community Hospital 267-3141, and choose Radiology's extension of 258
- Once your films have been prepared by Radiology, you may pick them up from the Medical Records Department. Medical Records requires verification of identification and written permission from the actual patient prior to releasing the films. Medical Records is open from 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Medical Records may be reached at 267-3141, ext 250
(Spouses, and parents of minor children, that can be verified by existing Boundary Community Hospital medical records, may not be required to produce additional identification.)
