| (Nutritional Services) - The two latest events for our residents and patients have been fun. In July we had our monthly “Special Dinner” on the patio upstairs overlooking the gardens. Our theme was “Southern Hospitality Dinner on the Veranda”. We served a four-course meal culminating in peach pies ala-mode. Some of our residents invited guests and there was plenty of dinner conversation and laughter. Can’t wait to do that one again!
August was our quarterly themed luncheon; a Hawaiian Luau. Lots of island foods were served, decorations were festive, and our residents, patients, and employees all celebrated the uniqueness of our 50th state.
We are looking forward to our Fall events and will recap our “Farm To Table” program on this site after it winds down in November.
